When Andrea and I first started planning our route, we had a hard time narrowing down where, exactly, we wanted to go. Initially, we thought it would be no problem to travel across five of the seven continents (leave from North America, travel to South America, layover in Australia, move on to Asia and finish in Europe) in just over half a year’s time. How naïve!
After four notebooks, three scratched out continents, two calendars and one massive world map later, we’ve finally come up with the perfect route for our journey. Here’s where we’ll be headed and the places you’ll be able to follow us in during our trip:

Paris, July 2008
